PRICING–How we are able to offer better prices than the best Mills?

We can offer prices which are better than the best mills – the reason being we have BIG YEARLY QUANTITATIVE COMMITMENTS based on which we get wholesale quantity discounts and incentives. AND we try to maximize our customer’s value by passing on these discounts and incentives to our valued customers.

SECONDLY we source our raw materials through the International hedging system, which allows us to reduce cost of sourcing and also secure us against major price fluctuations. AND WE ALWAYS PASS ON THESE COST SAVINGS TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS.

THIRDLY We have a full research team studying International price movements of LME, Comex, Dow Jones and various Asian metal markets. Due to this we are able to estimate highs and lows in raw metal prices. Though we are not 100% correct, but most of the times we are able to correctly guide our valued buyers as to when is the right time to place bulk orders.

LEAD TIMES – How we are able to offer lead times which are shorter than the best Mills ?

Since we are involved in the entire process of PPC – Production planning & control, we are able to offer shortest possible lead times.

We also have continuous running orders in various grades of Brass & Copper and hence we can offer shortest possible lead times.

Based on running orders our mills carry huge  stocks of castings in various alloys of Brass & Copper which are stocked exclusively for us. As soon as we receive order, the mills just need to process the casting into our customer specific sizes, thus saving a  lot of time involved in the casting stage, which is the first stage of raw material processing.
